These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of products from Travel World Maps. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the terms below.
📦 Orders
- All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
- We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email.
💳 Pricing & Payment
- Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.
- We accept major payment methods (credit cards, Bank transfer, etc.).
If payment is declined or not authorized, your order will not be processed.
🚚 Shipping
- We offer free shipping on all orders worldwide.
- Processing and delivery times are outlined in our Shipping Policy.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
Customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties or import taxes.
🔁 Returns & Refunds
- We offer a 30-day return policy for eligible items.
- Items must be unused and in original packaging.
- Personalized, custom-made, and sale items are non-refundable.
Refunds:
- Issued to the original payment method after inspection
- Processed within 10 business days after approval

✏️ Custom & Personalized Orders
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate personalization details.
- We are not responsible for errors submitted by the customer.
- Custom and personalized items cannot be returned unless defective or incorrect due to our error.
📦 Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the issue
We will review and offer a replacement or solution.
❌ Order Changes & Cancellations
- Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase
- After this period, production may begin and changes may not be possible
⚠️ Limitation of Liability
Wood Map Studio shall not be liable for:
- Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs
- Indirect or consequential damages related to product use
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
